Flow + Stretch is our signature class designed to help you learn proper alignment and pranayama (breath control). Expect a whole body strengthening practice including sun salutations, standing asanas (posture/pose), simple arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers and basic inversions. This all level flow invigorates your whole body, improves your mental focus and increases your heart rate. What to bring- mat, towel, water.
Hot Flow Express – 90+ degrees, 45 minutes

Core + Stretch – 90+ degrees, 60 minutes
Hot Core is an all levels yoga and pilates inspired class to help you find the support and strength of your deep core muscles. It focuses on strengthening abdominal muscles and muscle deep in the body that support the spine and allows for more powerful alignment. This class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. What to bring- mat, towel, water.
Flow + Restore- 60 minutes
Expect a well-crafted, empowering thematic class incorporating breathwork, relevant readings, meditation, and a curated play list. We will flow for 45 minutes, building heat to warm up our muscles with a sprinkling of balance and core while focusing on functional movement, alignment and connecting movement to breath. The last 30 minutes will be restorative poses with optional hands-on adjustments and healing touch. This class promises a blissful end to your day as we experience full body relaxation and well-being.
Deep Stretch – 60 minutes
Deep Stretch asanas are designed to open your body, increase flexibility and create ease. This is a great class for athletes or anyone dealing with muscle stiffness. Expect to be seated or lying down for much of the practice. This is an all levels class. What to bring- mat, towel, water.
Gentle Flow- 60 minutes
This welcoming space encourages anyone interested in the benefits of yoga, though the focus will be on the unique needs and experiences of our older practitioners. Drawing from the teachings of Alicia’s mentor, Amy Campbell, this class emphasizes overall health and well-being, making it ideal for those seeking relief from joint discomfort, improved flexibility, and greater stability. The gentle flow encourages ease in movement, allowing for mindful exploration of each pose and cultivating comfort and peace of mind. Yoga props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters will be provided, along with modifications to ensure accessibility for all participants. Students should be able-bodied, capable of easily climbing stairs to enter the studio, and comfortable sitting or lying on the floor for extended periods. Together, we will honor the wisdom of our bodies and celebrate the journey of aging gracefully through the practice of yoga.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this class invites you to experience the profound benefits of a mindful practice tailored to support you as you age.
Warm Flow + Deep Stretch- 60 minutes
Designed for seasoned yogis looking to deepen their journey beyond asana. This class is an extension of Alicia’s personal practice, offering a space to explore the richer aspects of yoga. Expect a strong emphasis on alignment and subtle cuing, focusing less on vinyasa flow and
more on cultivating awareness in each pose. We’ll dive deep into breath work, meditation, and mindfulness, creating a profound experience that transcends the physical. While the practice is gentle in pace, it is challenging in a different way, inviting you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Whether you’re seeking to release tension or enhance your
awareness, this class provides a supportive environment to enrich your practice. All dedicated practitioners welcome!
